With over 25 years of professional experience, I specialize in helping clients ages 13+ cope with anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, mood swings, relationship issues, work and school stress, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and trauma. My approach is non-judgmental and empathic, ensuring you feel comfortable discussing your experiences openly. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Interpersonal Therapies to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.
